Florida law allows the acceptance of partial payments on current taxes only. All discounts are forfeited regardless of when the payments are made. In order to make a partial payment, the Notice of Partial Payment form must be completed and sent with the first payment between November 1st and March 31st. No partial payments can be made after March 31st.
