Dealer's Corner

On this page, you will find information to ensure your work is processed accurately and timely. We know your time is valuable and to provide the best service possible to all our customers, we offer the following services to our dealers at the Downtown Sarasota, Mid-County and Venice Service Centers.

• Appointments can be scheduled online for Sarasota County Dealers only, and 2 transactions per appointment may be processed. You may schedule 1 appointment per day in the Downtown Sarasota, Mid-County and Venice Service Centers. Please have all work complete and ready to process upon arrival. The current appointment must be completed before you can schedule the next appointment.
• Drop-off transactions will be processed through the Dealer Department at the Mid-County Service Center.
  • Dealer work may be dropped off and picked up at the office location closest to you.
  • For faster service, dealer transactions may also be dropped off and picked up at the Mid-County drive-thru window.
  • Dealer transactions dropped off at the Venice or Downtown Sarasota Service Centers will be transported to Mid-County on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Once completed, transactions will be returned to the original drop-off location on the following Tuesday or Friday.
  • You will be contacted when your dealer work is ready for pickup at the office where it was originally dropped off.

What is Dealer ACH?
Dealer ACH is an easy and efficient way to pay for dealer work processed in our offices. You will no longer need to bring payment when we process your work. We will issue a batch receipt with all work processed and two days later deduct payment from your account. All work processed, on a specific day, by appointment or drop-off are added together and electronically deducted from your account eliminating the need to bring checks to our office.

What do I need to do?
