We are moving back home! The Venice Office remodel is almost complete, and the office will be closed Friday, September 19th and Monday, September 22nd to allow us time to move back into our newly remodeled location, put the finishing touches on the office, and complete all system testing. We look forward to serving you in our former location, near the entrance to the Anderson Administration Building, on September 23rd.

Appointments or walk-in service will be provided to Sarasota County residents, businesses, seasonal residents, and those establishing residency only. This change will enable us to more efficiently serve the residents of Sarasota County. If you live outside of Sarasota County, please visit your Tax Collector.
Appointments are recommended for all services and can be scheduled online. Appointments are required for the Road or Written Test, Concealed Weapon License, and any service in the North Port Office.

Installment bills for the 2nd quarterly installment (September) for 2025 taxes have been emailed and mailed and are due September 30, 2025. If you pay your taxes by this method and have not received your tax bill, click here to print your bill or pay online.
