Question 1. Are DMV services included in this ITB?
Answer 1. DMV services are not included in the scope of this bid package. Those services are under contract with a vendor currently, and the office is not looking to change vendors.
Question 2.The estimated quantity of records differs from the estimated quantity of mailed pieces for several mailings. Could you please clarify whether the difference is attributable to householding and/or multi-account grouping requirements, where multiple records may be combined into a single mailed piece?
Answer 2.The difference between records in and mailed out is attributable to householding and this is a requirement of each job, whenever possible.
Question 3.Should bidders base pricing assumptions on the estimated record counts, the estimated mailed-piece counts, or a combination of both?
Answer 3. Numbers and counts are provided as a reference point, and are not a guarantee of future years’ quantities. Pricing has been requested on a per record basis.
Question 4. Any additional information regarding the anticipated grouping methodology or historical mail-piece volumes would be greatly appreciated to ensure consistent and accurate pricing among all bidders.
