- Driver's License or ID Card Appointment - If you are obtaining a Florida driver’s license or ID Card for the first time, have one without a star on the upper right corner, or if you have a star but your information has changed, be sure to visit www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/what-to-bring to ensure you have the required documents.
- Title Transfer Appointment - If you are titling a vehicle, you will need proof of Florida insurance, the original title and vehicle at the appointment. If you have a Florida title, the vehicle is not needed at the appointment. All owners should be present.
- Dealer Appointment - You may only bring two (2) pieces of work to your appointment, and all work must be complete and ready to process.
- IMPORTANT: The customer parking lot is located just south of the building on Adams Lane. You must park in this lot and will find the building entrance under the maroon awning.
If you need to cancel your appointment, click here. To reschedule, you must cancel the original appointment first. Once the original appointment is canceled, you may schedule a new appointment online at your convenience.
